How do I select a product?
STEP 1: Select the products you want to buy and add them to your shopping basket
STEP 2: View your Shopping Basket at any time to check items, quantities and prices
STEP 3: When you have completed your selection complete the Check Out process
How do I view my shopping basket?
You can view your basket by clicking the blue shopping basket link, found in the top right-hand corner of every page within the website.
How do I add items to my shopping basket?
If you have found the product you wish to buy through a search results page, click the 'Add to Basket' icon to add it to your basket. If you are viewing an individual product detail page, enter the quantity in the buy field and click the 'Add to Basket' icon. You will then see that the item has been added to your basket.
What are order minimums and multiples?
There is minimum value amount set. In case your order does not reach the minimum value you will be prompted to add more items to your cart to reach this thresh hold.
I need a particular item but can't find it on the website?
While we do stock a large number of products on our website, we can't stock all of them. As a result, if you cannot find the item you are looking for online, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our customer service team will then contact you with price and availability.
Which credit cards do you accept?
Currently we do not accept payments via credit cards. We do accept payments via bant transfer, bankers cheque or mobile money transfer.
I have no credit card. Can I still buy from you?
Yes, you can open a trade credit account online or alternatively email or call our accounts department to find out other payment methods that would suit you.
What type of order confirmation will I receive?
We will send an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided to us. The order confirmation will contain the order number and a list of the parts you have purchased along with prices and quantities.
How do I know my order has been submitted correctly?
You will be able to see our order confirmation page online after you submit your order. Shortly after that you will also receive the same confirmation by email.
I submitted an order with an error, how do I amend it?
If you notice an error on your order once it has been submitted, please call us.
It may not be possible to amend your order before it is dispatched, however by contacting us as soon as possible it gives us more chance of amending the order before dispatch.
How am I able to avoid paying VAT on my purchases?
All purchases will include VAT unless the customer is VAT exemption certificate.
